โ Buy multiple tickets to increase your chance of winning.
โ These proceeds help fund the club’s subsidised social activities.
โ Purchase tickets as soon as you arrive so you don’t miss out.
โ The raffle coordinators ‘ring the bell’ before the ticket booth closes.
โ Prizes are drawn โ by new club members or visitors โ prior to heading off on the morning’s walk.
โ Cash prizes are handed out with each draw.
โ Usually 2 – 3 draws per walk event (if participant numbers support it).

A-frame noticeboard
โ Consult this board weekly for THIS week’s mud map.
โ Consult this board weekly for NEXT week’s mud map.
โ Important committee announcements and occasional interesting articles are included here.
โ Club members also use this location to post and share helpful information.
โ The other side of this noticeboard is reserved for information for the public, i.e., ‘what we do’, how to ‘contact us’, etc.

Our resident historian
โ Say Hi to Gordon! ๐
โ As an enthusiastic and long-standing member of the club, Gordon provides historical insight into the areas that we visit.
โ He conducts a short yet entertaining presentation during the pre-walk briefing.
And โ if you watch his shoes ‘like a hawk’ (or eagle or docker) โ you might be able to guess the colour of his socks before the big reveal.
If you know, you know! ๐

Free book exchange
โ Volunteer club members actively manage our very popular and mobile ‘little free library’.
โ It’s all for free!
โ Check out the books on offer at the ‘book table’ each Tuesday.
โ Borrow what you want, return when finished, and add to our collection if you are able.
